Next cohort scheduling opens
Dates for the next round of six live webinars are being finalised for the third quarter. Sessions are spaced roughly a week apart to give time to practise the morning routine between topics.
Session five expanded
The "spotting exceptions early" session now includes additional worked examples covering hospitality venues with strong weekend and event-driven trading patterns, alongside the existing retail examples.
Recording library reorganised
Recorded replays are now grouped by topic rather than by original session date, making it easier to jump straight to roster correlation or stock waste content without scrubbing through a full recording.
Reference notes added
Short written summaries now accompany each of the six webinars, giving participants a one-page reference for each method without needing to rewatch the full session.
Programme launched
The first cohort of the six-webinar programme ran with a small group of operations managers from retail and hospitality settings across Western Australia.
